Evaluate the "Organizational Ship" -Vision, Mission, and Purpose Statements; Core Values, Guiding Principles, and Mission Priorities.
Evaluate strategic plan elements including evaluation/control methods and Organizational Ship linkage.
Evaluate policy management system for new policy development, reviewing/updating existing policy, and linkage to the strategic plan.
Evaluate the employee training plan including new staff and annual staff trainings, ongoing staff development, assessing staff needs, content review, and instructor training and evaluation.

We show you how to use Lean Six Sigma concepts to improve efficiency, eliminate waste, and foster continuous improvement.
Effective and efficient case management requires employees with strong case management skillsets including time/task management, process organization, and communication.
